Welcome to Madam Mayor's Adventures. This channel was created by Therese and Brett Granger to document our journey in an RV. Brett is a retired logistics officer out of Alaska after 23 yrs of service in the Army. Brett relocated to Otter Creek, FL, where he purchased a campground. Therese was with the postal service for over 18 years. We met in Otter Creek and got married. We spent years turning a dilapidated campground into a beautiful, quiet rv park. Together, we worked diligently, expanding it. During our time in Otter Creek, Therese became Mayor of this small 100-person town. Months into her term, an opportunity presented itself for a new adventure. We decided to go for it. We sold the campground, bought an RV, and are hitting the road!

We are in Fairbanks, Alaska, visiting the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum. This is Part 2 of 4. This is one of the best auto museums in the world. We are in antique car heaven. They also have a large display of the vintage clothes for that period. All of the cars in the museum get driven on a regular basis. There are over 95 pre-World War II cars. Some are very rare. They are in pristine condition. We learned the history of Alaska's transportation history during our visit.

Might not a mama yet... they generally first breed at 2-3 years and have their calves in May-June. Babies are only around 30lbs or the size of a medium sized dog, when born and stay right next to Mom for protection and milk. That water is probably 2-3 feet deep(moose are typically 4.5-7 feet at the shoulders) and she wouldn't be lazily grazing if she had babies nearby, so likely a teen enjoying a little underwater vegetation.

Only males grow antlers, for battling other males during rut season(breeding)during fall and then drop them every Winter, to make finding food and surviving Winter easier.

I have. difficulty understanding some of the accents. so If there was some articles put on the walls, it would stop some of the echoing Or hollowness in the room And people would be easier to hear and understand. Thank you for taking us along with you. I love looking at old cars. just a few days ago. they was a car show close by in my area. and I could not get over there. spinning thousands of dollars. I'll restore in these antique cars. They were. Actually, driving them on the street. Can you imagine how much they pay in insurance? There's no way. Now, many years ago, my ex-husband and I. Dead rebelled an old antique truck. His father had it. and he gave it to my ex-husband. At the time, it was just the outside rust bucket. We did a total rebuild. and it was a nice-looking truck when we got done with it. After our divorce, he sold it. So where is it now? I have no idea.
